Identified an operational gap at a real padel club — no shift-to-shift stock visibility, reactive restocking, no accountability trail. Designed and shipped a full solution using AI-assisted development: defined requirements, iterated via prompting, and deployed a working web app connected to Google Sheets as live backend.
